All orders placed on www.arohaa.co.in are shipped from Chennai, India. Orders are processed only after payment is received. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed. Please review this email for sizing and address details, and contact us within 24 hours for any changes. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order is packed and ready for pickup.

 

Since we only make on order, the gap between the email communications may be long. The typical dispatch time for domestic orders is 18-20 business days (excluding weekends and government holidays). Any delays will be communicated via email.

 

If your area pin code is classified as a remote area, your order may take longer to be delivered. Custom-made orders, pre-orders, international orders (outside India), and orders placed during a Sale period take 03-04 weeks to be dispatched. In case you want your order urgently, please write to us at arohaastudio.in@gmail.com to discuss the best available solution. We will not be responsible for delay in delivery if we haven't been notified of the timeline in advance, ideally at the time of placing the order. 

 

All your orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners like Dtdc, BlueDart, etc. 

Domestic : Once shipped , orders take 2-5 working days to be delivered . 

International:  For orders outside of India please write to us at arohaastudio.in@gmail.com with your full name, address and the picture of the product you would like to buy and we will get back to you with your total amount including the shipping charges .
